FAQs

What is a collective, and how does this work?
-
We are a group of women-owned businesses working together in a shared physical space, offering services to individuals, couples, and families across the Twin Ports. All businesses operating within the collective maintain their independent business structures, websites, and respective booking/payment collection. All service inquiries can be directed to the respective business through their website/contact info.

What are your values, vision, and goals?
-Check out this page to learn about our guiding principles.

Do I have to access care from everyone in the collective?
-
No. You have full autonomy in who you access care with, inside and outside of the collective. We can help offer several referrals to help you decide where to go next.

Are your services in-network with my insurance?
-Each business within the collective has individual payment models; some are in-network and some are out-of-network. Please direct all inquiries about insurance coverage and payment options to the respective business/professional through their website/contact information.

How is my information shared?
-
Only with your permission and by completing a release of information with each professional you're working with. Otherwise, we maintain strict adherence to HIPAA and protecting your privacy.

I'm a prospective client looking for care - what should I do?
-
Go to the About page, scroll down, and either go to the professional's website to send an inquiry or use the email button to connect that way if you prefer.

I'm a professional who works in the birth, reproductive, and/or perinatal space. I'd like to join; what should I do?
-Head over to our Join Us page and send us an inquiry! We'll follow up with you as soon as possible.
